SIKUIKO DESIGN creates original and quality clothing for her customers. If a client is not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for a size exchange or refund. We will accept returns for exchange only if the piece as not been worn, washed or damaged and, if the label is still on it. You will then have to handle the sending fees, back and forth. Refunds will be made only if the piece was damaged at reception. If so, we will refund 100% and pay for the sending fees. If we have good reasons to believe that the returned piece has been worn, washed or stained, we will refuse the exchange and return it to you at your charges.

All Item sold with the mention ON SALE will not be eligible to exchange or reimbursement unless the piece was damaged ar reception.




Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition they went out.


All returns and exchanges requests must be emailed at withn 7 days after reception of the package. We advise you to try on your items right away to ensure your return on time. You will also have to indicate your buying confirmation number, your name, your billing and delivery addresse, and your email address. This ADVICE  DELAY of 7 days must be respected. The products will have to reach us within 14 to 30 days from your return advice date.    


Within those 7 days, you are eligible for a refund back to your credit card or PayPal account for the amount you paid minus shipping charges. All refunds will be credited with the original form of payment. All returned items must be APPROVED BEFORE being mailed back.


Sikuicko Design has the right to reject a return if it does not respect our return policy (worn, damaged, late, etc). All items that do not qualify for a return will be mailed back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


If the item is damaged or imperfect at reception, you will be refund. The ADVICE DELAY to email your request is 7 days following your parcel reception. We will ask for a picture of the damaged item and then we will authorize the return. The item will have to be received within 14 to 30 days from your DEFECT ADVICE. We keep the right to decide if it is damaged or not. If it is, we will refund you, including sending fees, excluding custom duty. We will send you a refund advice by email. Please note that the date of our refund and the date it will appear in your account might be delayed. This delay is absolutely out of our control. If we decide to refuse the damaged clothe, we will give you the opportunity to exchange it but you will have to handle the sending fees back and forth. Beware that the colors we show on the internet could be different from what you see on your phone, computer or tablet because of their configuration.


The buyer is responsible for the choice of his size. All errors in that matter will be eligible for an exchange but all the charges such as customs duty, sending fees on both side, etc. will be at the customer’s expense except if the size error comes from our labelling. In that case we will exchange and pay the sending fees back and forth.


You have 24 hours to cancel an order. You need to advise us by email and we will refund you except for the transaction fees.


Returns are usually handled within 3 business days from the time we receive it but it might take up to 10 business days to process the return.
