TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us, the seller, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. These terms and conditions replace all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Sikuiko Design is committed to providing you with terms and conditions of sale which are easy to understand and which are fair to you. Your rights are not affected by anything contained in these terms and conditions.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
Please note that recipients out of India will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed on a “pay on delivery” basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable.
It can happen that a garment you purchase is out of stock. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible, we can place your order backorder, or if you do not wish to wait you can exchange your item for a different one or get a full refund. Please note that some items are unique and if it is not available anymore it can't go in backorder. In this case, only an exchange or a refund are possible.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
All the orders are shipped from India to all around the globe with India Post. Usually the shipping delay takes from 14 to 30 days, depending on the parcel’s destination, but it can happen that a package is blocked at duties for various reasons. This is out of Sikuiko Design’s responsibility. If you wish that we use a different shipping method please contact us about it.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Our offices are open Monday through Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and orders are not processed during these times. We will advise you by email about your order shipping date and we will give you the internet site that will allow you to follow your package on the way. When the order is sent, we are not responsible for hold backs, taxes fees, customs duty or delivery delay. However if we are informed about any shipping delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
